Contact Details: Your BPO resume should start with your complete address which includes your complete name, present or existing address, contact number and email address which you are using currently. While applying for BPO jobs You should provide correct information so that employer can get in touch with you.
Career or Professional Objective: You should be very clear and straight forward in this section. You have to convince the employer that being appointed for the job you will do full justice to your work.
For example: How you can benefit the company by your market intelligence, understanding, strategic planning, etc.
Career Achievements: Your BPO resume should comprise of your key career accomplishments in your field. This will enhance your resume.
Experience in Detail: Your previous work experience will play an important role while applying for a job especially for BPO job, so it should be well represented in your BPO resume. You can start with the name of organization you have worked, your designation, and duration of your work. You can also state what responsibilities you fulfilled in your past job, what recognition you got, etc.
Education and Certification: Present your academic details in a tabulated format with respect to the degrees and certificates you have undertaken in the past. Your latest degree should come first followed by others. If you have won any state or national level competitions then you can mention it.
Personal Profile: Your BPO resume should consist of your full personal profile. This includes fathers and mothers name, your date of birth (DOB), nationality, sex, marital status, etc.
Interests or Hobbies: Your hobbies and interests help the employer to determine the type of person you are.
References: Some times you go for an interview by some references. References can be helpful to the employer in judging you through the prospects of those persons to you were or are associated with.
