For DY General Manager - Candidate must be graduate with 2 years of Degree or Post Gradiate Diploma in  HR or IR or PM or MBA with HR specialization. Candidate must have 7 year of experience in same filed.

For Personal Manager - Candidate interested in HIL must have be Gradudate and hold 2 years of Post Graduate Degree in HR or IR or MSW or MBA degree and specialization should be in HR. Candidate must have 5 years of experience.
